Do you enjoy craft? A few of us will be getting together to craft, have a chat and catch up over a cup of tea or coffee.  We meet on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month from 7.30pm - 9pm.  If you are interested in coming along or want to know more, have a chat with Sue Rock or Ruth Evans.  

Members Meetings

The next members meeting will be taking place on September 27th (AGM) at 7.30 pm.  Please make every effort to be there if you are a church member as we will be voting for new leaders in the church and participating in key decisions for our church going forward.

Luther Vaughan and Paul Rock have been nominated for the role of  deacon and Andy Gibbs has been nominated for the role of Elder. All church members are asked to prayerfully consider these nominations which will be presented at the AGM for voting.

The church members meeting in November will be on November 29th

 

 

Coffee Mornings and Service

These take place on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. We are also going to start a short daytime service for those who are at home during the day.  It will be a monthly daytime service with traditional hymns and a short  reflection at 11 am on the fourth Tuesday of every month (with a cup of tea/coffee as well!). The first one will be on September 26th These events are open to everyone.
 

Church Lunch-Sunday 24th September

Join together for lunch in Bethel Church Hall following the service. Please sign up on the lists in the lounge if you are able to come. If you are able to help by making something, please see the list of what is required BUT don’t worry if you can’t help as it is more important just to come along.
 

Prayer and Praise Evenings

Sunday Groups

Bethel Tots – Creche – for Babies to Reception age

Crèche is available in the Church Lounge during the morning service, Parents are advised to stay with their children. A live stream of the service is available.

Bethel Kids – Sunday – School years 1 – 4

Meeting in the Whitchurch Centre during the morning service. Come along for fun, Bible stories and games.

Bethel Teens – Sunday – School Years 5 – 9

Meeting in the Whitchurch Centre during the morning service. We have a great time, playing some games and looking in the Bible for lessons it can give us, for how we live today,

Week Groups

We have made the decision to make changes to the age range and name of our Tuesday night group to better serve the young people in attendance.

Tuesday Night will now be titled Bethel Kids, and will be open to all young people from school year 4 - year 7. (It will remain at the same time 7 - 8:15)

In addition, our Bethel Youth group on Friday will now include School Years 7 - Year 13 (All young people in high school), this group is at 7 - 9pm.

Year 7 young people can be flexible and have the option to continue on a Tuesday night or go to the Friday group-or both.  The  hope is that  this will help with the time of change young people will go through at that age.

Every new school year we refresh our contact details and permissions from all parents and guardians for the young people who attend during the weekly groups or on a Sunday Morning. if you are in this category can you take the time to fill out the following form please.
